Anna Molka Ahmed established the Fine Arts Department of the School of the Punjab in 1940 and nurtured the first technology of Pakistani artists there. Presently, he is the Coordinator of the Study Center at the College of Art and Design. When he joined a magazine as a cartoonist, he came into connection with famous poet Munir Niazi, who titled him as Maxim. As Maxim the Cartoonist, he appears daily in a Lahore centered newspaper. As a cultural commentator, he’s been commenting on really significant dilemmas with his sexy lines and uproarious characters.

Khalid Mahmood did his MA Great Arts from the College of the Punjab, Lahore and then MA Art-History from Hawaii School, USA. His research on’Sikh murals of the Punjab’received him a doctorate from the University of the Punjab. He’s served the Division of Fine Arts as Chairman. His interests, today are very much indigenous with regards to subject material but modern styles of painting particularly Impressionism, has long been an motivation for his technique. His artwork shows a streaming brush movement and playfulness of colours.

After obtaining a Professionals amount from the Fine Arts Office of the Punjab University Lahore, she went on to do her MA in Art and Design in 1995 and practice-led PhD in Great Arts this year from Kingston College London. She also served the College of Art and Design as their principal from 2009 to 2013.
